Any solution to lactose intolerance problem?

I am troubled with lactose intolerance problem since last 4 years. It seems there is no medicine for it. Any tips as in how I can reduce this allergic problem. I am missing all milk items.

There is no medicine for lactose intolerance in allopathy. Try homeopathy or ayurvedic medicine. Experiment with derivatives of milk. Sometimes, you may be able to have buttermilk and curd.

It is not permanent. Over a period of time, the trouble will get eased.
