LCD sizeBest digital cameras always come with a big screen LCD that lets you frame your subject without squint and look around. This is also useful when reviewing the images. Some cameras enable touch up and editing features with its LCD screen. 1.5-inch screen is an average one, 2-inch LCD screen is good, but the best size would be 2.5-inch LCD or more.
